Pappa Flock launched in February 2023, founded by a team of seasoned QSR entrepreneurs. When they approached us, the brand had two locations and a loyal following for its deep-fried chicken tenders and signature sauce. With the launch of a flagship store in Marrickville on the horizon, we identified a compelling opportunity to evolve the brand’s assets and messaging. The goal was to create a fresh expression that would resonate with their audience and energise their internal team.
Our solution introduced a playful, organic graphic element into the brand identity, adding personality and distinction. The colour palette was refined for greater cohesion, while the overall visual language adopted a fun and accessible tone.
The brand evolution included a bold new positioning, a reimagined visual identity, updated photography, redesigned packaging, an all-new contemporary menu board, and dynamic promotional campaigns. Each element was crafted to drive brand recognition and engagement across every touchpoint.
