The Pappa Flock brand was launched in February 2023 by a team of experienced QSR entrepreneurs. They approached us with just two locations and a strong following for their deep-fried chicken tenders and signature sauce. With the upcoming launch of a flagship store in Marrickville, we saw an exciting opportunity to evolve their brand assets and messaging, creating a fresh articulation that would inspire and connect both their target audience and internal team.

Our solution introduced an organic graphic element to the brand’s identity, adding a unique and playful touch. The colour palette was simplified to create a more cohesive look, while the visual language embraced a fun and approachable tone. The brand refresh encompassed a powerful new brand positioning, an overhauled visual identity, enhanced photography, revamped packaging, a redesigned contemporary menu board, and dynamic promotional campaigns – all crafted to strengthen brand recognition and engagement.
